That is way to wide of a view"A market would be Salt Lake, or St George, or Orem or Draper, or etc...You need to focus with a tighter microscope.Good Luck!

Must be a Double Wide, Must be on a permanent foundation (Not on axles), Cannot be moved from another location, HUD Tag present, Must be built after June 15th 1976 (most banks/lenders will require not older than 20 years), Cannot have more than one MH or SFR on one parcel. 

The room is 10' wide and 20' long.

As for payday, your 4 day window would be fine by me, its when I get up to 10 or more days disparity that I start to get a little irritated.
