Hi all,As a relatively young and inexperienced.person in the real estate market I was hoping to get everyone's opinions on the pros and cons of using Airbnb for renting out a property vs traditional renting through a lease system.

They have systems in place to make this work.

@Ivan Chavez if you really want to go above and beyond: clean out gutters, inspect all appliances (or at least those you provide) ice and vinegar in the disposal, check stove elements and use oven cleaner, run vinegar or bleach through the washer, vinegar or bleach in the dishwasher, clean the dishwasher strainer, check light bulbs in vent hood and change charcoal filter, electrical system check-make sure gfci work with a tester (not the button), check all bulbs, fans, and outlets, plumbing check for leaking toilets, dripping p traps under the sinks, you can also check resistance on electrical water heater elements to make sure they aren't busted.

Legitimate companies do use electronic lock boxes for convenient self-showing, but those systems often require you to register through a site and verify your identity before entering the property

Even when I check back on some of these homes a year later, there is still no permitting showing, so I don't think it is just a matter of the permits not being entered into the system yet.  

On the latest emergency a technician told me "listen I don't know what you're asking me to do here the AC is working fine you just need to turn it on and wait for the system to kick in..."

An apartment can have downtown-level condo finishes but will stay stagnant and vacant if the bedrooms are 7x7 depending on what your tenants are looking for.I personally don't reply to zillow/trulia/hotpads direct messages/emails from the system.

i took my real estate test june 8th and still have not got my results does anyone know how much longer the wait is going to be. i also called and it just sends me to an automated system and this is just taking to long 

They have to charge for their time.Also assume that all systems are going to need repair/replacement.
