Hey been studying real estate for about 1 yr now really want to get Into rehabbing houses but being new don’t quite have to capitol to start I have contacted hard money lenders and understand a little bit of how it works but just don’t have to capitol with research I found my best approach is a joint venture I been to groups and and forums and have leads slowly coming through the pipe line but have yet to form a relationship with whom I can do I joint venture any assistance would greatly be appreciated thank you

I subscribe to his philosophy and just don't do partnership, however, I do a LOT of joint ventures, and would suggest that for you.
