We all have different strategies going forward depending on the risk and how much effort we want to put in.

@Crystal Chaillou  What she mentions is solid advice, if you do end up going with an STR these big companies like Vacasa and Evolve are not good options, all they care about is maximizing their profit for the least amount of effort.

It shows that you made the effort to provide a service in real estate.

You have to determine what the benefit is and see if it's worth the effort or if you should just stick with what you've got.

If I was starting out in Toledo OH, I'd focus my efforts on SFRs in 43612 and 43613 zip codes.
