Account Closed I completely agree on the MLS thing haha.In theory it would be great if a wholesaler was someone in the industry that has the ability to connect you with a seller who doesn't know/or is willing to settle for less than the true value of the property...for example someone who needs the cash fast, doesn't want to lose the 7% commission for a realtor, etc.

I'm 23 years old and work in the banking industry, however, investing in real estate full time is the goal.

Basically it added a ton of regulation to the financial industry.

You asked if there were any jobs in the real estate industry that you were not aware of.

I co-own an industrial building in North OC which is approximately 10K sq. ft.

Do you use the same insurer that you have your primary residence with or are there others that cater to this industry?

We have a heavy transient population with a large industrial employer in town.

I've worked with investor and hard money lenders in my time in the industry so far. 

Crowdfunding makes real estate easily accessible, however, in regard to institutional/syndicated real estate investments, the advice of an expert who works in the industry every day, knows all the players and their track records, and performs due diligence on each offering is a great benefit to the client and comes at no extra cost.
