if you're good with photoshop you can also work that to see different colors / designs. 

I have found that instead of sending on postcards to the entire neighborhood a simple colorful post card set to arrive at the 50 closest neighbors the day before the open house is very effective.  

With blinds, pick one brand/color and stick with them. 

You can have your cake and eat it too.

Another tip: create filters so emails are tagged and color-coded based on the email address.

And yes, I plan to section off the fridge and cabinets for each tenant, but now I might take it even further, and buy different colored plates, bowls, and cups for each tenant.

Only thing is: only 2 colors of granite to choose from.
