Of course as nature of things the community of investors in my area that are investing in the US is small and no united network of investors exists.Couple of days back a large conference of investors took place and I mingled with everybody and handed out business cards and managed to assemble 20+- investors to open a REIA. 

(don't think we have time or knowledge to pursue that) . alternatively the lender has asked us to work with a commercial lender.. we have not done any commercial loans so far, but basic research provides core diff is the 30 yrs vs shorter duration 10-15yrs in commercial + ARM (floating). 

I told them this: My expertise is in real estate and I want to spend my time there.

If you keep doing the same thing, getting the same results, but expecting different results.....maybe it is time to try a different method. 

That period of time may be more or less relevant individual investors, but it is the obvious starting point for the discussion.

I have tried emailing the sales team a couple of times but no new info.   

I have the same thought process - I will continue to self-manage until it does make sense to spend our time doing it.
