Your phone has a way of sharing your contact information with anyone quickly and easily using a QR code and their phone camera, or you can send it via text, or email, or messenger, or a hundred different ways.There's a place for business cards but I find them antiquated and unnecessary for most people.

Don't make a permanent decision based on (what could be) a temporary problem. 

We just enjoy giving soldiers a good temporary place to live that is off base :) We have had some potential homes in Ft.Hood (Killeen and Copperas cove area) but the property taxes in Texas are just killer.

I am able to work remotely, and am originally from an area near where I will be investing, but temporary relocation is inevitable for my comfort zone/investment style.

@Julio R Gonzalez there are certianly deals on those sites but it takes a massive amount of time and effort to look through them each day, not inlcuding the fact that you have to go through each one in order to see if its a deal or not. i personally prefer the MLS because i can enter my criteria and ill get emails everyday of properties that match

I had the post office require her signature on delivery and sent it to the address she emailed me telling me that’s where I should send it to.  

I took notes and created a PDF that I can email you if you dm me.

I have called and emailed daily for the last 2 weeks, to several reality firms and none have returned my calls or emails.
