so pretty good numbers.. so I suspect you guys get some of those 20 to 30k deals and rent for 900.. and your spoiled rotten on your cash flow.. 

They have something new (I suspect it's a bridge loan) that gets the money to you in 3 days for about a $3 charge, so that's something else to consider.

I have yet to have a tenant that I suspected of being illegal be a bad tenant. 

I suspect the problem has little to with poor screening, and everything to do with 'creative' placement.

You remind my of my Dad, the most successful and frugal person i've ever known personally.My Dad still wears the same old clothes, some as old as the late eighties I suspect, but can never confirm. 

I am not an expert in this area, but I suspect there are both insurance agents (tied to one company) and insurance brokers (shop different companies) all over.

I suspect you are taking greater risks than most investors want to play with.  

I mean if Ali is brokering these deals to clients and I assume that is what Jerry was alluding to I would suspect her fee is greater than 3k per house.
