We are looking to invest in Nashville or the surrounding area rental properties (long term rentals) The objective is to hold and create cash flow.

Something to keep in mind if you are looking in the Denver metro area and going the Airbnb route, the majority of surrounding cities (including Denver) will only allow STR if you it is your primary residence.

Bad because it may be hard to find deals in ATL, however it is good because that means that surrounding cities are experiencing growth.

It's getting a lot of growth from the expansion of the urban core and the surrounding suburbs of Nashville.
