I have experienced this issue in the social media / wholesaling fourms.

On a mission level I struggle b/c MFH does provide affordable housing, and you can fix these up fairly easily and inexpensively whether in a park or on land.

There are a bunch that come up when I do a Google search, but I don't want them to get scammed into giving away their (and our) social security numbers and other info.

I think the next SDCIA meeting is on the 14th at the Scottish Rite Center in Mission Valley.

In fact some part timers are so unmotivated they maintain agent status primarily for maintaining their social circle.
