I have a book or two from Bronchick and a download from Diamond, the cost isn't the issue - it's which will give me the information to get started as a beginner.My background is accounting, so I started with 'doing the numbers' on paper, looking at quads for sale in my area and talking to other investors.Now it's time to fish or cut bait, so which course would you (experienced investors please) choose if you were just starting?

Its getting more difficult to get some of the borderline people in now however as things have changed in the mortgage industry the past 6 months.For wholesaling to other investors I simply send out an email or call a particular investor that I know who might be interested in the property.

It generates crazy complex passwords (for example: (i7$cv90) for the websites and lets me simply autofill the websites.I have done only a couple link exchanges as everything I have read says that Google is going to eventually put the hammer down on abusers of link exchanges.
