i'd make him kick his full commission that he gets after splitting with the broker into the profit pot to split--especially on the buy side...youdon't want him to screw you and take his commission from the purchase..don't let him take a dime until you sell the property is my advice..i'd also see if he could come to the table with a few bucks as well..

My favorite method is to set bear traps around the perimeter of the units and cover the traps with leaves.Another option is to build a privacy fence around the units and replace the screws in the units with security screws.
