I like this idea Rich Weese, something fun for those interested to tinker with, while you get some fresh ideas on floorplans.

When you clean the carpet and as it dries, things like Carpet Fresh, Pet Fresh, baking soda and other powdery substances will be forced to the top and you will end up with a film of whaterver across the top of your rugs or carpet.

It was fresh renovated etc., but with that in mind I had purchased this property not as a true investment, but as a place to start.

The walls were freshly painted and there was new carpet throughout.

New landscaping, new dishwasher and kitchen sink, new toilets, fresh interior paint and new baseboards, new GemCore flooring throughout upstairs.Looking at getting my next property next month!

The story is always the same: the property is a fresh rehab (looks great in pics!)

With that being said, I give kids good houses to live in, houses that look like the ones they likely grew up in: all walls have fresh paint and no holes, kitchens with cabinet door that are all working and not half hanging off, original wood floors or LVP, etc.

Much of the lath and plaster has been demoed out so fresh new drywall will be going in. 

There is absolutely NO chipping paint and all the walls are freshly painted and everything looks clean.

While inspections can reveal what you might need to worry about, unexpected instances occur.
