When I talked to Sears recently the salesman stated they heard lots of customers stating they had problems with their LG appliances.

Unless they've been badly burned with a poorly constructed house in the past, they won't appreciate over-building.Save that stuff for custom construction.

Changing all the windows to impact glass (also called laminated glass) with Florida product approvals or NOA's can cost $500 to $1000+ per opening depending on the size, including labor, but it can vary greatly depending on whether you are using production windows and changing the rough opening to suit or you are going for custom windows to fit the existing opening. 

Access to the examination is open to those who have worked for at least two years in firms carrying out agency activities, or who have attended special preparatory courses.This preparatory course must have a duration of at least 80 hours (this may be increased by the relevant Regions), and candidates must attend at least 70% of the required hours.

As to "customizing" it for your buyer,  what happens if they want purple carpet and an eclectic mixture of wood and yellow tile on the floors...... then what?  

Just because a guy can build a retail store or shopping mall doesn't mean he's a good fit for a rehab, or custom home, or duplex.

Being a landlord is largely a customer service business. 

The appliances, electrical and plumbing require custom pricing.

That's all relevant however.

None of them were selling "primed" homes to their customers, and none of them were using plain white.
