I think it will be very challenging to find a builder who will teach you to build. 

So I’m thinking that person did not read “the fine print” before he made the down payment.

I was thinking a flip to get some more capital.

Do you guys think it's necessary to buy another washer and dryer when the other tenant comes in or just share ours?

I think we’ve done a good job updating our property and making the experience great, but I had two recent reviews that I don’t want up.

Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

I've always found it ironic that banks think that businesses that lend money are risky.

Plus some of these are on ground leases, which can create financing issues down the line.I have nothing against manufactured homes, but I think it would be beneficial if there was a comparison for short term and long term historical performance on both rents and value.
