I'm not sure if the best practice for that is to just have a partner go visit, to build a really strong and trustworthy team, or if it's just crazy altogether.  

I was curious as to all your opinions of the sites that trade real estate... roof stock in particular.Do you think these deals lack potential, since they are constricted to regulation (say, only turn key - or limited work properties), or do you think they are a good way to get started in real estate...

The issue that I am running into is that practically all lenders or banks do not fund loans under $50k.

Those who have put off projects, and are now starting, will still find a lack of labor, longer timelines, inventory shortages or delays, higher costs from last year 10%-20%, more regulation, building/energy code increases, SDC increase costs.

The things to look for are: * Population growth* Job growth* Incomes* Modern/diverse economies* Capital investment and business expansion * Low property taxes* Favorable landlord/tenant regulations

This regulation generally calls for a specific description of the relinquished property in writing, signed by the taxpayer, and properly transmitted to the other parties to the exchange.e.

I was wondering if there are any regulations regarding managing accredited investors money in real estate transactions…Say you wanted to pool four or five investors money together, though they are passively investing.
