Sounds like you are already progressing nicely with getting the heloc.

I love it and will be very curious to connect with you 12-36 moths from now on your progress.

lots of things1. defaults   tax and mortgage2. shadow plats3. probates.4. path of progress learn were city is going buy ahead of it.5. projects in process but not public yet.those are some of the things I did very well and continue to on the shadow plat. front.

Happy to share it if you want it but it is still a work in progress.  

Each draw will cost money but they are confirming that the work is progressing as planned.  

We'll keep an open mind as we progress and perhaps reach out if Worcester proves more challenging that expected.

@Scott RyeHi Scott, I currently have a HELOC on my primary with Bellco and I am currently in progress of getting a larger amount but the informed me that they are currently running a 3.99% fixed rate for the HELOC if you decide to pull out a lump sum.
