What do you receive from Re/Max if you bring agent into the company?  

Depending on what you have you may also want to hire a professional to fight for you.In my opinion if you have not fought for reductions before, this is the year to do it...and probably next year too. 

I recognize the importance of having a thorough understanding of the scope of work and associated expenses to make informed investment decisions.Therefore, I am seeking recommendations for experienced contractors or professionals in the area who specialize in property rehabilitation.

I believe I need to start in New York, but does anybody have any recommendations for which company to sign with?

Although I have to say I agree about getting the license .. but I understand the wild west of wholesaling so many simply wont do it and these transactions to continue will rely on Someone Like Tom and company like us to facilitate these legally.

In order to compare them apples to apples, I'm planning to review them and also talk to the insurance agent of all three companies.
