It was hillside, had been sitting vacant the entire time, there were rodents, termites, septic problems, likely mold, it was a mess.I walked it and knew the second I stepped foot on the property that the lot and location were premium, and the house actually had good bones.

This time, there is a 5 percent buyer’s premium that needs to be paid to Auction.com (doesn’t go to the bank) and the bank provides realtors’ commission (2.5 to buyer’s agent and another 2.5 percent to seller’s agent).Or because of the realtor’s commission that the bank needs to pay, would the reserve price be higher than 528k?

Hi Sam,Do you think you have a steady stream of potential renters who will pay a premium for the pool vs without.To me, above ground pools are:[1] mainly for kids and teens,[2] says successful blue collar family (most of the time).Look up how much that pool heater will cost to run (I'm betting it's will be more than you think).Look up how much water is lost by evaporation and has to be replaced in your area.Pools require "Pool Chores" to keep them clean and running right.
