It might be a little bit of a drive for you, but on 6/19 there is a Jersey Shore Real Estate meetup in Brick at River Rock Restaurant and on 6/27 there is one in Belmar at Beach Haus Brewery.I won't be able to make the one this week, but I hope to be at the one in Belmar.

Yes, sending out a notice of rent increase 60-90 days out is a great idea but, it shouldn't be the first time the tenants are hearing of it and may actually rock the boat with a current good tenant.
