It was a hard decision trying to decide which way to take this deal and ultimately decided to make a long-term play on it and keep it, I think I will thank myself for it in the future.

The property is very sentimental to him and he told me that eventually he will need to sell but at this time right now he dosnt want to make any decisions.

A poor use of my time, but the equity payoff should be tremendous on the back end.  

The east side will most likely remain very cheap and poor since the huge influx of people coming in all want to live in the limited English Neighbourhoods. 

Agents who can’t show their value and worth to a seller are just poor agents.

I believe prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance.
