To preface my replies, I am observing from afar using a variety of online tools and my assumptions might not be totally accurate, so thank you so much to all you local experts for lending me your advice. 

I was able to move half of the units to paying online/cashapp but a few of my tenants still don't have bank accounts or simply prefer paying cash.

Plus online grocery sales also surged in 2020, according to a report from Jones Lang LaSalle.

Use a rental calculator (like the ones on BP or others online) to see if it can be profitable for you.

I've seen several in the Johnson County online record search.They seem to follow a standard template listing legal address, grantor, grantee.

I'll leverage my standard lease agreement and look at purchase option templates online.

I know many of you have cabins there so figured you should all know better than an online travel guide!
