A lot of people stifle their growth by using private lenders to fund 100% of the deal.

Other people in the lending space might have better answers, but some lenders quote taxes, insurance, etc. to fully understand the monthly cash burden and ensure you know it as well.

I ran this past people smarter than me (we are 7 partner 63 person CPA firm, so plenty of people smarter than me).

Now I'm focusing into Real Estate full time and would love to work and network with people in this space.

The whole point of investing is to enjoy your life more, not less!

Ideally I'd like to buy something with a few acres to build an art studio for multi media work, gallery and perhaps a few small cabins for people to visit with us. 

Most people talk themselves into trouble by talking to much. 

I've managed probably a couple thousand tenants over the past 8 years and I know how different people can be and how to be with different people.
