The Centro de Recaudación de Ingresos Municipales (CRIM) is the office on the island that deals with real estate docs, assessments, taxes, etc... nothing ever happens fast at the CRIM. bring a lunch and your patients.

If you can avoid those and stay patient and focused on the cash flow you'll do well.

How quick you're able to save up money will be a factor - but I'd not be in a hurry to get ahead of yourself - waiting til your lease is up is a very small period of time to be patient with in the grand scheme of your life. 

For Sylvia and your sake, between the BP forums and other investigations I hope this issue can be resolved to everyone's satisfactions.

I only bought from a wholesaler in Pittsburgh but the city is bigger so you can always find something you just need to be patient.

You'll need to patiently look to find the right opportunity.

Rather than rent to 'vacationers' we rent to patients who come from vast distances and stay anywhere from a week to a couple of months for a transplant procedure or cancer treatments.

You have to be patient.  

If the person your meeting with isn't the owner, but is a manager then they may not have authority to make any changes to lease without contacting their owner or manager.. so be patient and hopefully all will go OK.Just don't sign it unless you understand it.
