OTOH, if you want to make a slick video that would have required $10K of equipment five years ago, and are willing to invest the effort to learn and the time to shoot it well, a DSLR can produce outstanding results.I've read the Sony DLSRs have a pretty good video auto focus feature.

I would rather look at this, considering the seller's past history, as a fraudulent sale, predatory dealing and if the same lender was involved a conspiracy to defraud the buyer, that should carry more weight than forcing a sale and paying the outstanding obligation......but that's why the attorneys get the big bucks.All RE is local, it is what the person in the black robe says it is, in a court of equity or at law, which prevails in your state or area???

@Sean Sloop   I am not a retail lender but I was reading one of our trade journals as I like to keep up.and for FHA loans.. the new underwriting rules require 2% of your outstanding balance to be used monthly against your DTISo if you have 25k in student loans that will be 500 dollar hit to your DTI  which is pretty significant for most.

The subject property is located on a state highway and there are about 30 homes within 3 miles on that highway, but none are listed and none have sold recently, there are some sales in a subdivision nearby, but I know they can't be used.

She seemed to reciprocate my friendliness, in contrast with the lender-turned-owner-by-default to whom she owed at least two months' rent.When we signed and I asked for the February's rent, I told them clearly that because we were starting on the second of the month and not the first, I was going to waive the late fee which I normally charge if the rent is still outstanding past the first.
