Plus you pay more interest over time lost on a modification.

They do a thankless job for pennies and are expected to work 24/7/365.You should sell the property and move on to a property that makes investing sense.

I am looking for insight on the following scenario.

Only have the picture of the tree laying on the roof and a branch sticking out.

If anyone has any advice on starting construction, good place to find cheaper trim, doors, cabinets LVP etc, or even people in the Minneapolis/north metro that you would recommend for the job I would love to hear it.
