I’m looking for some guidance on my next steps toward achieving financial freedom through real estate.My long-term goal is to acquire enough rental properties to secure my financial future.

Total rent between the three is $3200/month.I have an adjustable 20 year mortgage with a balance of $100,000~ at 4.95% that is set to adjust in 2026.I also have a HELOC on that property at $180K~ with a 9.75% rate.

I’m just curious, what was your biggest wholesaling fee, and how much were the taxes on it?

Generally prices are too high to hit ideal numbers on most beaches, however there is usually a good vacation rental or 2 on each beach.
