Wouldn't you need to have a broker's license, or at least have a broker officially in on any of the deals (and presumably taking a cut) to make it less "illegal?"

Some real estae agent web sites indicate the casual visitor can view MLS through their web site.

I was attempting to use the analysis tool on this site but the hard part for me is accurately estimating my expenses.

Im just a third party who is hosting the site for wholesaler to list their property and investor or homebuyers contact them directly.

Personally, I'd rather hear RE advice from guys on this site, like Ryan Webber, all cash, juzamjedi and others, or maybe a business history of the Trammell Crow business, and the HomeVestors business.
