I started my RE journey earlier and I've been listening to the BP Rookie podcast religiously (as well as started reading Rich Dad Poor Dad).

@BrandonTurner it is so hard to write while I listen to your audio books while driving.

Sometimes people just want you to listen.

New development is my dad's and I's Bread and butter, we can build for supper cheap and really fast with numerous projects to prove it.

Overwhelmed but really enjoying all the resources from bigger pockets... just listened to a short-term arbitrage podcast so this is cool to be a bit vicarious and listen in/learn/visualize what bringing in some STR's looks like... 

You should be listening to more of us who are telling you the pitfalls because if you think you are making a 200k spread with no experience, you are going to be left holding the bag on something, you just don't know it yet.

The nice thing about doing long drives as a semi-truck driver is that it allows you ample time to listen to BP podcasts and other related material to really boost your knowledge and mindset.

Im located in ohio and I've listened to plenty of podcasts and read in the forums about people wholesaling and I believe it is something I would like to try.

We don't want to compete with numerous offers and aren't afraid to take on a rehab project. 

Hello everyone, I was listening to one of the Real Estate Rookie podcasts the other day and they were talking about small and large multi-family properties.
