I read through the terms of service and noticed you can't use their content, but if their content is the same on all pages they generate, that creates a major SEO issue, regarding duplicate content.

In Texas the lease is superior so the sale includes the obligation to honor it.The seller should have the deposit, so at least you get that with the sale.If they are delinquent, you will have to give notice and file for eviction.Faster is better.

@Jacob TomkoThe one cautionary note I have about the SA market is...Although it is experiencing growth, what you will notice is that the growth is mostly outward, pushing into the surrounding area.

you "may" be able to avoid "some" tax if you go the corp route by paying yourself a salary. doing 1 or 2 flips a year would probably not constitute a salary though. if you have a day job, and do 1 flip a year, you still gotta pay the federal, state, and BOTH sides of the SE tax.for me, that came to around 44%. but I want to pay taxes. means I meant $.put it to you this way - at your day job, you're probably paying around 37% in taxes. you just don't notice it as much as it comes out of your paycheck each week.

One thing I've noticed is a few folks must have the same "City" keyword alert as well....they consistently post the same regurgitated reply to anyone asking about said city.Is there a way to block this person or persons response when they use said City in their reply to the topic from popping up as a keyword alert?
