He has used abusive justice tactic to get out of not paying for lodgings.He knows the law mostly as it applies to tenant issues and civil issues and procedure in lower courts.To defend in Tax court you need to have a lawyer(if I am not mistaken-ed) The IRS got Capone, it may be the best recourse in this instance for societal justice.We all pay our taxes and when we have no revenue there are no taxes to pay, the IRS never got it share from this guy!

Or if they are walking on your property and step on a nail or trip on a pile of 2x4's BUT if your contractor has insurance than HIS/HER insurance will pay for injury caused by construction type accident.If you have a contractor do work and it causes damage then i.e. roof caves in.
