I do want to know if they have his kids half the time, her kids half the time and there kids all the time, because often these half time kids become full time kids or all end up there together and the water/septic  system can not handle it on some houses.

After talking to over 9 banks (not kidding), I finally found a small local bank that would finance a fire damaged property.

Neighbor knew the owner for over 30 years, thought he was a great guy, but he passed away recently and now his kids are selling the property (motivated seller).

I grew up in a city that was overwhelmingly black (I was the only white kid in my school); I was in the military; I've spent my life with people of all walks of life, and good people (and bad people) are all the same, irrespective of any tags.

The alternative would be using their home (which they don't have the space for, or it's too loud because of their kids and barking dogs, or there's no parking, etc.).

I will plan on forming a new LLC to hold the airplane and document what costs were associated with each usage (personal or biz).I love the SR22 but with wife and 3 kids I would like to be able to haul all of us and I would be much more comfortable with 2 motors over Lake Michigan.
