What do you think about mobile homes in LI? 

Other than that it’s a new build 2020 and is a super modern 3 bed 3 bath two story home 1900 square feet.

Also, we are under contract to purchase a mobile home park within just a few miles of this property so we could also offer to keep them at their same rate and help them move into the units that we are adding to our 20 unit park (it is only half occupied at the moment).

It is a very old mobile home on its own lot.
