Can HOA, Property Management be done remotely?

I think it is non-negotiable for a Property Manager to have an optimized guest booking site. 

If you self manage, try to account for 5%-10% maintenance each month and 5%-10% vacancy. 

My name is Jess and I'm an investor, property manager, and realtor in Northern Michigan.

I am a managing member of family rental LLC which owns 4 properties in the northwest ohio area. 

We're brand new with our platform so not many have had experience with us, but we've been managing STR's for 7 years and have a portfolio of 20 in the Seattle area that our CEO was running prior to starting Fundhomes. 

We manage our members property free.
