couple items.. this is far too much information to share or expect a response for free on any forumwhat you do is simply go sit down with a good civil engineer for an hour and pay them for it if need be they can tell you all this easily and work up a bid to handle it all.. this is all very easy stuff in the development world unless your soil is like gumbo or something. or its full of vegetation.I like open air storage as a concept personally.. as long as you have demand.. @?

While in Austin I was going to get my RE sales license and focus on leases/apartment locating, but now that I am back in New Orleans I have noticed that the leasing works totally different here, hence puts my plan out of commission.

I got it back and they left a large portion of it blank with the explanation "I'm still going to be responsible for the full lease, so Abbi didn't fill out the income part, and her lease history is the same as mine."

I have set up a new lease agreement, arranged payment via Cozy and lined up local contacts for a handyperson, HVAC, plumbing, elec etc. but I am curious as to how to find services to go out and do quarterly/ biannual interior inspections and/or key turn over.

If you have language in your lease regarding this, or something has been established in the landlord tenant code, you should be fine, if not, lesson learned
