If there is a ton of inventory....there will just be too many houses for a buyer to see on a single Sunday afternoon.

Speaking frank, I believe your property manager is lazy.  

The back of the house faces west and BAKES in the afternoon sun, about 3-4 days after we painted the house the window trim MELTED!!

Although it appears that we should have demanded the operating agreement that we have them when we started (it was totally neutral and they had no reason not to sign but laziness) it is actually not the agreement I would find workable now.

Once I threatened legal action, they processed the assumption in one afternoon, but by then I had moved to Canada and it was too late.

Clearly the viewers are full of crap, the realtor who authored it is just lazy..not out to hurt anybodyI wouldn't go on the warpath if i were you.

I eventually ended up at a credit union filling out an app online one evening, getting a call the following morning with a few questions, and an approval that afternoon.
