Hi @Anestis Kapolas...have you ever considered finding off-market properties and working with sellers to secure creative financing?

I've only ever accepted digital payments from my tenants but I know at least a few of them have previously paid rent via check, and had purchased and used their checkbook SOLELY for paying rent once a month.

Hello everyone, I recently learned that, because my tenants all happen to be students, my insurance company won’t cover the property because they don’t deal in “student housing.”Has anyone ever encountered this?

For now your pay check is the easiest money you will ever make, it will provide savings as well as the ability to get credit/financing.

Not because I paid the mortgage down.I'm going to pass down a word of advice from the loan officer I bought my last investment property with, "The cheapest money you will ever find is on the mortgage for your own home."
