Using Subj To does not really hide the sale to prevent DOS maybe, unless possible insurance fraud is involved, the lender is expecting the security to have insurance for the property, and the owner occupant's debt.

That this will also prevent problems from arising with the lender in the future.Others argue that notifying the lender will cause them to requalify the new addition to the mortgage just to obtain more money.

This is no doubt why Guru's charge money - they know that 99% of the buyers will never actually put down the effort to succeed.When I mentor I will work with someone forever helping them to understand etc - but eventually if they never actually implement anything - then they become a friend - not someone I am mentoring.

For example: FHA will use the last sold price regardless of the appraised value for 6 months...prevention of house flipping.and so on...The Agent Center

And I did see (at least once) a default get cured in time to prevent the auction, where the foreclosure judgment at the county prothonotary ended up becoming "vacated".
