I'm not overly impressed with their inventory but you might find something that fits your criteria if you hunt & peck...

I am about to start bank hunting as well and I would love to hear other's criteria.

Get the basics down, do some straight deals and branch out each time so that you learn something new regularly.Good hunting!

I would say that given my experience hunting for property, there are not that many motivated sellers, but those that are in a motivated position likely have property that isn't turn key, can't be easily rented, and sells based on land value.
