@Jasmine Vigo   Welcome to this great community  before you start investing spend some time learning,  you can find great information with "the real estate guys show"   you can learn to do a syndication or maybe on the beginning you can partner with a season investor to learn the path

I do plan on speaking with a tax accountant in the near future to discuss some of these topics but I figured I would reach out to the Bigger Pockets community first.

I would like to preface that I've already sent this to my CPA (so please don't suggest "Contact your CPA") I'd like to hear from the BP community and your ideas and thoughts.

With more than 40,000 in the Metroplex proper.People in other areas would be shocked if they saw our construction rates.I know some of the small communities around here that are similar to the following...10,000 population200 homes being built a month.400-1000 new apartments in development about to start construction.While that number of apartments might be needed within the next 3 years it might take to years to absorb them.It is the same in the high end areas.  

And you should jump in, the community is pretty great here.
