Assuming you have the room in your LTV that might be a great option for you to mobilize that equity.

I have two vacant lots that I would like to put mobile homes on in Pine Bluff, Ark (about 45 minutes outside Little Rock).

Our best friends were: a mobile and folding butcher top type table for extra space, A really nice convection toaster oven (the breville high end one is great) and a 2 burner induction top like caterers used that ran on 110V.

The escrow officer can email all the docs to a notary service, who can then dispatch a mobile notary with the paperwork to meet with the seller, get it signed, then they scan it to escrow, with an overnight of the original docs to follow the next day.
