I currently have State Farm and was looking to do some shopping around - anyone have an insurance agent I can contact?

A 3-year lease is no gift to landlords as it prevents increase in rents for three years, results in more early terminations than a one-year term, and if you get a bad tenant - 3 years is a lifetime. 

The bumper to bumper traffic was constant, and the sidewalks, restaurants and shops were crowded  … but was it day trippers from nearby cities?  

I've heard that getting a pre-approval before shopping for a small multi-family will is the recommended way to let the agent know you're serious and preferred if dealing with a BRRR.

Our terms are fixed.Even when the prices are good, few of us beyond the tightest of tight will shop where the service is lousy.

Possibly, by having my mom 'gift' part of the down payment, but it would have to come from the money she'd make on the sale..

You'll have to do some shopping around to find a bank that does do it.

I understand I have 45 days to have my credit pulled unlimited and have it count as one inquiry - therefore do I utilize this time to shop rates AND agents?
