I’m looking into doing a hard money flip I know very little about hard money or even where to start any tips?

Does anyone have any tips on how to get around this problem to make people feel more comfortable with this option period?

He gave us some basic tips and things to start us out, but kept the big nuggets to himself ... rightfully so LOL  I'm sure I'll end up going with a company, but I always like to educate myself with things and give it a go.
