I'm certainly curious about actual experience with this.My properties are solidly class C in location and quality,   and my tenants generally aren't too interested in getting EVs themselves,   though most of them have gotten demo rides and stuck their noses under the hood of my car at one point or another.My 4-plex is well suited to EV charging upgrades - it has under building parking,  and the main breaker panels are in the ground floor laundry room meaning running cables out to the front wall for charging stations would be trivial.

Syndications can be great I am personally invested with one Sponsor who is a regular on this site.. you need to be accredited and 100k minimum.... although some do less.you do give up control though.. so for me its only appropriate for a very small slice of my investing portfolio .. one thing with the rentals is you have control completely of them.. you want to sell you sell.you going into a syndication you are along for the ride and have no control the control is all in the hands of the sponsor..

I ask this question of myself often, I'm an agent in Northern NJ  and when i'm on the buyer side I experience similar frustrations with agents who don't follow up, communicate in a timely manner or get documents to you in a timely fashion.
