Hey everyone, I was recently made aware of this website by my girlfriend who has started to listen to one of the books.I am looking to expand my knowledge in real estate and real estate investing.

Anyway what you do is expand your circle. 

I need to expand my horizons clearly. 

is it in an area you think it went rent easily enough?  

So I'm thinking if I can even talk him down a bit more I can easily still get a bigger spread.

Plus, you get a little extra cash out of it after the REFI that you can use to expand the portfolio in a slower fashion or enjoy with your family for now.
