If your a young single male and only want to rent to strippers you can do that  :) Ya know LA.....Plus any sale of your owner occ property you get the exclusions you do not get with IP properties..

I think she's getting some holiday help with her rent from the church next door.

But this was the holiday weekend and I was putting the tenants up in a hotel so I didnt' think I had a choice.

My husband and I felt the usual anxiety about the holidays approaching, but we've been through this before and did not relax our requirements.

I JUST WANT TO WISH EVERYONE AND THEIR FAMILIES A HAPPY, SAFE AND WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY!

Now I know it's the holidays and everyone is very busy with family and making plans to travel or have visitors, but who doesn't love talking about real estate and growing a portfolio??  

If they were nice they would pay their rent since you too have Holiday Expenses!!!  

By far my favorite holiday of the year.
