I guess I will have to start contacting some potential PM companies and use that aspect as a heavy factor when weighing my decision on who to apply with.

We are still very new investors and want to make sure are covered on all aspects. 

So I can see the benefit in that aspect. 

Joe is the man of the far NW Chicago suburbs and has his hand in all aspects of real estate (i.e, wholesaling, rehabbing, brokerage, etc.). 

I found a VA on Fiverr but I'm curious about the security aspect.

@Danny MakI do most of my cash deal buys without an attorney but the most important aspect is just responsiveness. 

RE has many aspects (finance, negotiations, sales, marketing, dealing with tenants, accounting, technology, raising money, construction and more); I wish more beginners would take this approach.Tasks might entail anything from going to the property and taking pictures, picking up supplies, doing some admin work, marketing, website building/managing, social media, running initial comps, making follow up calls.
