I have been dreaming of owning a rental property for many, many years.

I'd prefer not to sell for the sake of my family but I also believe we could cash out and have a lot of capital to make multiple investments so we can reach our goals and move into our dream home down the road.

Hello all... can someone who has done it, is doing it or has their own blueprint help me to visualize the actual steps to achieve the dream.

Goal: produce a monthly rental income of 15,000. Ideally within 10 years by...

What commonly comes up is someone wants to wait until they find their property to gather their credit package, and then they find the dream home/investment, but offers are due at 2 pm and they aren't preapproved.

I totally agree with @Steve Kontos, a great team makes the dream work.

Salutations BP community,I hope you're having a sublime day on this day, a day with wondrous, illusory dreams.

But ultimately, I have created a ton of wealth (at least in my mind) and as time goes on, that wealth can  grow to be generational type wealth that I would never have been able to create any other way but thru real estate.Believe it or not, my initial "pie in the sky"/dream goal was to get 1 house a year over 10 years.
