The package I downloaded has 2 lease agreements and one is labeled yearly however when opened its the same as the month to month.

Drive all over KC, look at a tons deals that are terrible, look at a ton of areas I wouldn't invest in, walk over, go all over, drink tons of coffee, download all deals of MLS and map them.

I suggest you download your tenant laws and learn them, and send out the statement ASAP.

so basically, i can download the TREC contract for a SFR purchase, maybe review it and get with an attorney to make sure i understand the clauses fully and to add in the appropriate clauses for my protection (inspection, financing, etc.)
